At Yookstore.com, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
Custom or personalized products.
Personal care goods (beauty products, earrings).
Final sale items or gift cards.
The Return Process
Contact Us: Email us at Yookstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective.
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
