Don't waste your money buying this book! Jul 16, 1997

The author, Mr. Kapczynski, obviously had very limited hands-on experience with Exchange Server 4.0 prior to this book being written. He spends more time saying wonderful things about the capabilities of Exchange Server, and about Microsoft in general, than he does providing real-world examples of Exchange installation and customization. The book is full of mistakes, errors, and contradictions. In places the author is just downright wrong! I am sorry that I paid the hefty price for this lousy piece of work

This is not the book if you need detailed information. Feb 26, 1999

I purchased this book hoping to find detailed information about Exchange. In turn, I have found that this book does not contain any. Everything in this book can be found on the help menus in Exchange. Its almost verbatim.
