This cable is a really nice red colour and just long enough for the purpose. Anyone who needs a SATA cable will be quite happy with this one.

By T. C. Siapno No securing clip - I nearly pulled it out by accident a few times. Otherwise does what any SATA cable should.

they're all cheap and fragile. customers find new ways to break them all the time! buy a few spares to have on hand.

By Thomas G. McCallie Cable received is not the cable that is shown. One received is a 2 wire cable that looks like lamp cord. The one shown on Amazon website is like it should be FLAT ribbon type cable. One sent is just like a heavy duty lamp cord that is rounded with indentation in between the two cable wires.
If I knew they would have not sent the one displayed, I would not have ordered. I have never seen any cable like this advertised anywhere. I am totally unhappy.
Beware, If you order this you will not get what is shown......
