I worried about the quality I would get from an svga cable at this price, but I was definitely wrong to do so. This cable works beautifully and was definitely a great bargain. The only thing you have to worry about is that the cable is a little bit heavy for its length; so, being slightly too short to bind with a wire tie, it kind of does its own thing and is physically difficult to manipulate. Other than that, it's perfect.

The picture quality that this cable produces is slightly fuzzy which you'll probably notice on first use coming from a higher quality cable. After a while you get used to it, but still... not great if you're picky.

Needed SVGA cable to connect laptop to external monitor. This one was inexpensive, arrived in less time than I expected, and does exactly what I wanted. Handles 1280 x 768 screen resolution in fine form. The only negative is that it's heavy and stiff, and curving it around other things on my desk took some arranging. Overall, a great value.

For some reason, the red component of the signal failed to show up on the monitor when I installed this cord; I must have gotten a defective one. It's also too much of a hassle to bother returning this defective product, shipping & handling costs being what they are. Caveat emptor!
